In 1998 Seefar Associates Ltd founded the Academy of Gaming to meet the growing industry need for personnel. The school provides training over a six-week period to suitable candidates in the skills of American Roulette, Blackjack and Stud Poker. Successful trainees go on to work in London and Provincial casinos. 

The school is located in Gravesend, Kent and offers six week sponsored courses and private tuition.

The course provides tuition in the games of American Roulette, Blackjack, 3 Card Poker and Stud Poker. Training is directly linked to employment with major casino operators in the UK. Suitable candidates will be over 18,numerate, not colour blind and have no criminal convictions, cautions or warnings. The job as a croupier entails working shifts which include evenings and weekends.

In 2004 we co-wrote a BTec Diploma course in Gaming which enables colleges of further education to provide a certificated course to attract young people into the industry With a view to meeting the future demands of the casino industry as it expands over the next few years.
